What we collect

• What you send us. If you use the contact, suggestion, or custom-brief forms, we receive the information you enter — including your email address — so we can respond or act on it.
• Basic server logs. Like any website, our server records requests (IP address, page, time) for security and to keep the site running. These are kept only as long as needed for those purposes.
• Preferences. Your theme and text-size choices are stored in cookies in your own browser. A preview-session flag (if you use the member preview) is also a local cookie. None of this is sent to us.

How we use it

Email addresses are used only to reply to you or to deliver what you requested. We do not use them for marketing and we do not share, rent, or sell them.

Third parties

Outbound email is delivered through our mail provider. The archive links out to third-party platforms (such as YouTube) whose own privacy policies apply once you follow a link. We don't control those sites.

Your choices

You can clear cookies in your browser at any time. To ask what we hold about you, or to have a message deleted, email contact@iftheytoldus.com.
